Avoid drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Stop use of Retinol, Tretinoin or any Retinol based products for at least 7 days prior to treatment.
Stop taking any blood thinning medications like Aspirin for 24 hours.
If you are on any prescription medication or prescription blood thinners like Warfarin, please call us and let us know prior to booking an appointment.
If possible, do not wear makeup to your appointment.

Our cancellation policy requires that appointments be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any extra charges. However, all deposits are non-refundable but transferable.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it can be rescheduled, but a second deposit will be necessary.
In case of a no call/no show, you have up to 24 hours to contact us to avoid being blacklisted.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a second deposit.

Yes, a $100 consultation deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is applied in full toward your chosen Skin Revival Program package once you proceed with treatment. It secures your time with our expert and ensures we can provide you with a thorough, personalized assessment.

Your final investment will be determined during your consultation based on your skin analysis and goals. We will always recommend the most effective treatment within the budget you’re comfortable with, and your total will never exceed the publicly listed price ranges for each tier: Essential (from $499), Advanced ($600–$800), and Signature ($1,000+).

Yes! We offer secure virtual consultations for those unable to visit us in person. During the virtual session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and budget, and create a customized plan. If you choose to move forward, we can schedule your in-person treatment for a later date.
