Q: What happens after the first 6 months?
A: Your membership continues month-to-month at the same rate and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my monthly appointment?
A: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) forfeit that month’s treatment and incur the same fee.
Q: Is this peel suitable for my skin?
A: The “Fresh Up” is gentle and designed for all skin types seeking refreshment and clarity. A consultation will confirm it’s right for you. Those with active rashes, sunburn, or certain medical conditions may need to reschedule.

A: To maintain consistency for your skin and ensure fairness for all members, treatments do not roll over and cannot be skipped. Your monthly treatment is a recurring reservation for your skin’s health. However, we know life happens so reach out to us. We aim to be flexible and accommodating.
Q: What if I want to cancel my entire membership early?
A: Early termination during the initial 6-month term requires a $50 administration fee. After the initial term, 30 days' written notice is required for cancellation.
Q: How do I book my monthly appointments?
A: Upon sign-up, our team will contact you to schedule your first session. We recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the spa to secure your preferred time.
Q: Why is membership limited to 100 people?
