  • NO! Your package treatment at Mysa NEVER expires. this means if you get to your desired results in just two treatments, you can save the rest for a later date.

  • This depends on what we assess during the consultation. To guarantee treatment, please stop use of any TRETINOIN (RETINOL), HYDROQUINONE, AND VITAMIN C SERUMS at least 48 hours prior to consultation.

    The best way to guarantee you will get your treatment on the same day as your consultation is to call us once your consultation is booked and we will add some time to your booking.

  • Yes! Very often, your skin’s needs evolve. You are not bound to getting the same treatment or set of treatments if there is a need for something else. We assess your skin before EACH session and determine what will be done during that session.

    However, booking the package guarantees any substitutions will be within the cost of the original package booked.

  • ALL deposits are a MYSA CREDIT. Meaning, if you cancel, you can reschedule and get any other service at Mysa and your deposit still goes towards said services. However, there are no refunds on deposits.

    If you cancel less than 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled session, there is a $100 booking fee required to reschedule you.
